May - Lovely Year of Finishes Goal

It worked so well last month, I'm going to try do it again this month!  My goal this month is to finish the piecing on my Texas Teardrops quilt top.  I really love this pattern and I'm loving the colors I chose, but I really find it difficult to sit down and sew when I'm home.  I spend my time quilting, not piecing!  I am determined to get this top finished, so it is now my goal for the month!
This is what I have so far...only 30 more to make!  Because all the pieces are fused and I don't want to be locked into a specific quilting pattern, I am sewing every piece down with my sewing machine using a blanket stitch.  Takes time, but this is going to be a gorgeous quilt for ME!  I haven't made myself a quilt in a long time, so I'm planning on keeping this one!

I am linking up with Sew Bitter Sweet Designs again this month so I can continue to get my WIPs and UFOs under control and finished!!
